I'd like to specify the bar length format consistently as 8'-4" rather than a decimal value based on the current units (8.33 or 100).

Please develop a system that allows the user to specify different layers for different objects being exported to CAD. As is, most objects come in on different layers, but all reinforcing is on a single layer, all tendon info is on a single layer, ...
