Expose design strips through the RAM Concept API

The missing component in a largely automated workflow is the ability to draw design strips/span segments, specify settings and read results through the RAM API. It would be a massive help if this functionality was incorporated. We've seen other companies doing something similar with SAFE but we want to stick with RAM Concept so this feature would get us (and likely others) over a hurdle.

As a first step, being able to retrieve strip results from the API would be very useful.
