Allow the User to specify which items fall on which layers when exporting to .dwg

Please develop a system that allows the user to specify different layers for different objects being exported to CAD. As is, most objects come in on different layers, but all reinforcing is on a single layer, all tendon info is on a single layer, etc.

It would be extremely helpful to allow the extent lines to be brought in on a separate layer than the rebar, and same thing with the text, in order to simplify post processing of information filtering. Same thing with tendon lines and drapes.
