Giving Openings Priority over Beams

Currently there is no simple way to model a banded slab with complex steps and openings within the band so allowing the openings to have priority over the beams without checking the "Mesh as Slab" option would mean the beams could be simply added over the slab and the openings and steps would both be automatically accounted for. This would make modelling of these slabs simpler and allow for easier changes to be made to the beam's depth.
